- Hazmat and tankers trucks, including their hoses and hose connections, are susceptible to electrostatic charge build-up during product transfer to or from the truck’s containment system.
- The safest way to work is for the operators of hazmat or fuel trucks, which transfer flammable products, to ground the truck using a vehicle grounding device.
- The MPTV grounding tester will minimize the risk of generating a spark at the moment of grounding the truck.
