RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your new product. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product and exchange it for another item. Please read below more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@proinexlightningprotection.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail the package to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

Once the package is received, we will proceed with the inspection of the returned item and process the exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process the exchange. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

Make sure that a return authorization number is obtained before attempting to return any items.

All items must be returned in the original packaging as they were received.

All products returned are checked by our Returns Department. Returns are generally processed within 7 business days but will not exceed 30 days.

To receive a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received it within 14 days from the day the item was received.

Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible. If you believe that the item is faulty, please contact us. You must inform about the default upon discovery and we will advise you accordingly. Our Returns Policy for faulty items upholds your statutory rights.

We apologize if you have not received your item. This is not a common thing to happen, and we want to provide a solution immediately. To receive a refund or a replacement, please let us know that you have not received your item within 21 days from the day on which you received our email with the shipment.

Please note that we can only refund the postage costs for returning an item when: 1- We sent the wrong item. 2- The item is damaged or faulty. We will not refund postage for items in good working conditions.
