RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@proinexlightningprotection.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

● Make sure that a returns authorization number is obtained before attempting to return any items.

 
● All items must be returned in the original packaging as they were received by you.

 
● All products returned are checked by our Returns Department. Returns are generally processed within 7 business days but will not exceed 30 days.

 
● If you need any support, please contact us.

 
● To receive a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received it in and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item.

 
● Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you believe that the item is faulty, please contact us. You will need to tell us exactly what the fault is upon the discovery and we will advise what to do next. Our Returns Policy for faulty items upholds your statutory rights.

 
● We apologize if you have not received your item. This is not common, and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 21 days from the day on which you received our confirmation of dispatch email.


● Please note that we can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where: 1- We sent you the wrong item. 2- The item is damaged or faulty. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order.
